Adult Swim Programs

Lap swimming is a great way to stay in shape while eliminating unnecessary stress on your joints, But aquatic exercise is certainly not limited to lap swimming. Come out and try our varied aquatic schedule. We offer Master's Swimming workouts, adult swimming clinics, and several fitness classes, including SUP Yoga, SUP HIIT, Aqua Zumba, and Water Aerobics. These programs are geared toward different fitness levels and swimming abilities so there is something for everyone. Grab your beach towels and meet us at the pool. 

Adult Swim Clinics Open to anyone over 15 years of age looking to learn how to swim or improve their stroke technique, this program teaches the progression of each stroke. Offered 2 times a week for 3 or 4 weeks, each session will focus on a single stroke (e.g. Freestyle Session 1). If you are unsure if this program is right for you, our staff is happy to run you through a quick and free swim assessment before registering.   REGISTER HERE
U.S. Master's Swim Drop-in Workouts U.S. Master's Swimming (USMS) is a national membership-operated nonprofit organization available for swimmers 18 and older. The structure and organization of USMS programs vary and are driven by factors such as pool availability, instructor or coach availability, community support, and finances. Our Master's Swimming program will offer a coach/instructor on deck who will prepare workouts and provide feedback and instruction.   SCHEDULE HERE
SUP Yoga Is your yoga routine getting a little stale? If you're looking for a new challenge, SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddleboard) will reinvigorate you and improve your practice - all while enjoying the natural splendor of floating on water. The SUP Yoga community is much larger than you'd expect, and we're offering you a convenient place to try it.  SCHEDULE HERE
SUP HIIT SUP HIIT offers a dynamic and challenging workout on Stand Up Paddle Boards which are low-impact, fun and effective. HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a technique where you work in intense bursts of activity with a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism into overdrive. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Combining body weight exercise with intervals, while challenge your balance - this is one effective workout!  SCHEDULE HERE
Aqua Zumba® This class is perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for a pool party that you don't want to miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so that you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.  SCHEDULE HERE
Water Aerobics Water aerobics, also called aqua aerobics, uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activities. No swimming is required in water aerobics, and floatation devices are frequently used. Water exercise helps increase your energy, stamina and strength - and it is a healthy way to cool off in the summer.
