Body Lab
Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm in Studio A

This strength class keeps you guessing with a variety of equipment including weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. Target each muscle group to transform your body into a fat burning machine!

Master Classes & Fitness Programs

Halloween Yoga Glow and HIGH Fitness
Get into the Halloween spirit! Join us on Saturday, October 28 at The Fieldhouse for a Halloween Yoga Glow and Halloween HIGH Fitness class. Dress up for these spooky classes held under our blacklights with creepy music! 

Yoga Glow - 8am-9:30am
HIGH Fitness - 9:30am-10:30am

Cost is $5 per class or FREE if you come in full costume. No monthly or fitness punch passes will be accepted for these classes.

Ski Conditioning Fitness Program
This fitness program is designed for safe training and teaches speed, overload, power, plyometric drills, agility/balance, and strength exercises. 

Program will run October 31-November 30, every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30am at The Fieldhouse. 

Cost is $100 for 10 sessions - PRE-PAY ONLY (no drop-ins)

Turkey Trot and Fitness Classes
You will be huffing and puffing for turkey and stuffing at our first 5K Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. 

The run will take place on Thursday, November 23 from 9:15am to 10:15am at Matt Knoop Park. 

And if you really want to make room for pie, start your day at The Fieldhouse with Turkey Cycle from 7am to 8am, stretch for a bit with Turkey Yoga from 8am to 9am and head over for the trot. 

Registration for the run or a fitness class is $10 per participant or bring a canned goods donation and only pay $5 per participant. Online registration will be available on November 1, 2017 with the new website.
