Weekly Drop-In Activities

Yoga:
Tuesdays from 11:30am-12:30pm at The Fieldhouse in Studio C.

Fun Over Fifty Yoga is a judgement-free yoga class designed for people over the age of Fifty. Whether you are an experienced Yogi or new to stretching, you will find yourself energized and rejuvenated after this 1-hour class.

FREE Drop-In Pickleball:
October 12th - April 12th
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30am - 11:30am
The Fieldhouse

Come drop-in! Play is generally unstructured and format will be left up to participants.  We will have four nets set up with permanent lines and encourage players of all levels to come and play!  We will have some additional equipment on hand for people to borrow.


Walk With Ease

Certified Instructors will teach Arthritis Prevention strategies using an evidence-based program from the Arthritis Foundation. This program is great for anyone dealing with Arthritis currently or hoping to avoid it in the future. We will modify the walking portion of the class to fit the class make-up. 

Tuesday & Thursday:
November 7 - December 12

CPR and AED Training

Join other Fun over 50 members and become CPR & AED Certified through the American Red Cross! This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults. This one day class will prepare you for emergencies and teach you how to save a life!

Thursday, November 9 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm - Trailside Park Board Room (5715 Trailside Dr.)

Cost: $35/Person

Fun Over Fifty Spring/Summer 2018 will include weekly hikes with The Hiking Club, Adventure Days (Wakesurf, SUP, Backpacking, and Rafting), Over-the-Hill Mountain Biking and Pickleball.
