Join Anne McDevitt Cummins, a practitioner in Integrative Medicine and Wellness Promotion, to learn key tips to practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness training could be beneficial for you if you are experiencing stress, managing a medical condition such as chronic pain, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, cancer, heart disease, asthma, etc., dealing with psychological / emotional distress including anxiety and depression, or simply desire enhanced wellness and growth, an increased sense of well-being, an improved ability to take better care of yourself and enjoy life on a day to day basis.
