Learn how to realistically plan your week with tools and resources to incorporate into your life. You will leave this class with a week’s worth of meals planned out. This ‘Breakfast’ & Learn will be taught by Erin Kay, Health Coach with East West Health. “Wellness is not about willpower; it’s about having a plan.”
