Free Class of the Month

What: Body Pump
When: Mondays at 5:35pm and Wednesdays at 6:30am and 5:35pm
Where: The Fieldhouse – Studio A

Body Pump is a weight lifting class that shapes, tones, and strengthens your entire body. With focused tracks on specific muscle groups, the class trains with high repetition movements and low weight loads. This format helps achieve strength and introduces lean body muscle conditioning. Perfect for all fitness levels.

What: Kids Yoga
When: Wednesdays at 8:30am
Where: The Fieldhouse – Turf Field

Kids ages 3-6 will learn how to be more patient, imaginative, and focused while creating a more flexible, balanced, and strong body. The class incorporates poses, meditation, breath work, journaling, and dancing.

What: Meditation
When: Tuesdays at 6pm
Where: The Fieldhouse – Studio C

This is a straightforward mindfulness class open to all levels. The class provides tools to calm the nervous system, balance stress levels, and benefit overall health.

What: Senior Steps Ballet
When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:50am
Where: The Fieldhouse – Studio C

What: Intro to Weights
When: Tuesday, December 3 at 11am
Where: The Fieldhouse – weight room upstairs

Is your weight room routine in a rut? Do you find yourself avoiding those machines that are unfamiliar to you? Learn how to maximize your weight room workouts through these instructional classes on machine and weight use and proper form. The free sessions will be offered the first Tuesday of every month and will add variety to your workout while emphasizing safety.
