Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. In this course, you will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation and techniques for navigating intense emotions.
Wednesday, June 5 – How to work with thinking that arises while practicing mindfulness.
Wednesday, June 12 – Techniques for meeting and navigating intense emotions.
Wednesday, June 19 – Exploration of seated, walking, and movement meditation.
