Free Class of the Month

What: Aeroga Perform
When: Mondays at 5:30pm
Where: The Fieldhouse – Small Group Training Area (upstairs)

Aeroga Perform is appropriate for kids ages 11-14, and consists of bodyweight training, yoga, and core power development. With a focus on speed and agility, this is a great training model for young athletes.

What: Buti Yoga
When: Tuesdays at 7:15pm
Where: The Fieldhouse – Studio C

Sweat with intention! Buti Yoga combines attentive asana, deep abdominal toning and cardio-intensive tribal dancing. Yoga has never been as fun or empowering.
