MEETING NOTICE

Public notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the time specified below. The meeting will be held electronically and at 5715 Trailside Drive, Park City, UT 84098. All times listed are general in nature and are subject to change by the Board Chair.

    • 6:15PM – Discussion and possible approval of minutes from 8/8/2024, 9/12/2024, and 10/10/2024
    • 6:20PM – Discussion and possible approval of the prior month’s expenditures
    • 6:25PM – Review of the District’s Ranger program
    • 6:45PM – Review of 3rd quarter 2024 financial report
    • 7:00PM – Review of the tentative budgets adopted by the Governing Body
    • 7:10PM – Discussion and possible approval of revisions to Personnel and Operations Policy Manual for recommendation to County Council

Members of the Board, presenters, and members of the public, may attend by electronic means, using Zoom (phone or video). Such members may fully participate in the proceedings as if physically present. NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the 2025 Budgets for Operations and Maintenance, Capital, Impact Fees, and Debt Service.

The public hearing will be held electronically, via Zoom, and at the anchor location of the Sheldon Richins Building, 1885 W. Ute Blvd., Park City, Utah 84098, during the Summit County Council’s meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 6:00pm.
