Board Information

The Administrative Control Board of the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District meets in regular session monthly, typically beginning at 6pm at the Trailside Park Board Room, 5715 Trailside Drive, Park City, Utah, unless otherwise announced. You may visit the Utah State Public Notice website to see a current schedule and agendas of any upcoming meetings. Publicly noticed special meetings and work sessions may be called from time to time as deemed necessary in the interest of conducting District business.

Public notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District will meet electronically, via Zoom, to hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2020, at the time specified below. All times listed are general in nature and are subject to change by the Board Chair.

      • 6:00PM – Call to Order and Public Input

      • 6:10PM – Consent Agenda
        1. Request to approve minutes from 8/4/20, 8/13/20, 8/24/20, and 8/28/20
        2. Request to approve the prior month’s expenditures
      • 6:15PM – Discussion and possible approval of change order to the Fieldhouse track replacement contract
      • 6:20PM – Discussion and possible approval of the District’s Strategic Action Plan
      • 6:30PM – Review of Impact Fee Facility Plans with Megan Weber from Zions Public Finance
      • 6:50PM – Review of preliminary 2021 budgets
      • 7:05PM – Questions on department updates
      • 7:20PM – Updates from District committees
      • 7:35PM – Director comments

Members of the Board, and other attendees, shall attend by electronic means, using Zoom (phone or video). Such members may fully participate in the proceedings as if physically present.
