Halloween Bootcamp

Looking to try something new? We have just the workout. This Halloween Bootcamp consists of full spectrum bodyweight fitness and global movement. Among other things, the workout includes core strength and development, multiple movement forms and yoga asanas. This innovative bootcamp, designed by Christopher Vlaun, often closes with a “connect” phase that consists of energy, breath work and meditation. Give it a try in this unique Halloween setting where costumes are welcomed.

When: Tuesday, October 30
Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm

Cost: $10 drop in fee or FREE if wearing a costume

Halloween WERQ®

Maybe Bootcamp isn’t your thing but you still want to get a workout in before digging into the Halloween candy. Note, you can do both!! WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip-hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get your best sweat.

When: Wednesday, October 31
Time: 6:35pm-7:35pm
Location: The Fieldhouse – Studio A
Cost: $10 drop in fee or FREE if wearing a costume

Ski Conditioning Fitness Program

While the snow seems far away, it will be here before you know it. Start the season ready to conquer the mountain. The Ski Conditioning Fitness Program is designed for safe pre-season training. You will develop speed and power through plyometric drills, agility and balance courses, and strength exercises. This program will challenge you to reach your peak fitness, as well as prepare your body and mind for all of the fun winter activities.

When: November 1-December 6 (10 sessions)
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 6:30am-7:30am
