Ski Conditioning Fitness Program

While the snow seems far away, it will be here before you know it. Start the season ready to conquer the mountain. The Ski Conditioning Fitness Program is designed for safe pre-season training. You will develop speed and power through plyometric drills, agility and balance courses, and strength exercises. This program will challenge you to reach your peak fitness, as well as prepare your body and mind for all of the fun winter activities.

When: October 1-November 26
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 6:30am-7:30am
Location: The Fieldhouse turf field
Cost: $170

Thanksgiving Day Fitness Classes

Before you dig into the stuffing, come work out with us! We have several options to choose from on Thanksgiving Day. Zap the guilt that comes with the sweet potatoes, the gravy and whipped cream-covered desserts. Choose your favorite turkey day workout.

Thursday, November 28

  • Turkey Yoga from 8am-9am – Fieldhouse Studio C
  • Turkey Cycle from 8am-9am – Fieldhouse Studio B
  • Turkey Burn from 9am-10am – Fieldhouse turf field
  • Turkey Dance from 9am-10am – Fieldhouse Studio A

$10 or $5 with a canned good donation. All canned donation items will go to the Christian Center of Park City. No fitness punch-passes or monthly memberships accepted.

Turkey Blaster Hike – Friday, November 29 at 10am

Too busy on Thanksgiving? Join us for our last guided hike of the year to burn some of those Thanksgiving calories. This free hike will be approximately 5 miles long on the Glenwild trail system.
