The 66 acres of undeveloped open space that adjoins the popular Willow Creek Park is a splendid example of the native wet meadows and high mountain grasslands that once dominated the landscape in this area. This undeveloped area provides a sense of scenery and balance among neighboring homes. The property is under a conservation easement held by Utah Open Lands.

FEATURES:

Grasses are the dominant species on this property providing an open prairie to enjoy. Willow trees, the property’s name sake, dot the landscape and provide quality climbing for young adventures. The open space and adjoining park are a convenient access point for many of Snyderville Basin trails, including McLeod Creek that will take you all the way into Park City proper.

PROPERTY ACCESS:

Please use the parking at Willow Creek Park.

TRAILS:

The Willow Creek Loop is maintained year-round within Willow Creek Open Space. Summer users can use the gravel path for a leisure walk or bike ride. Winter users will enjoy regularly groomed trails for walking, skiing, or biking.
