Celebrate the Spirits 2023

When: Saturday, October 28, 11:00AM - 1:00PM

Where: Willow Creek Park (4460 Split Rail Lane)

Cost: $15 per trick-or-treater, ages 2 & under are FREE! *Parents, guardians, or those not trick-or-treating do not need to register or pay but are welcome to attend.

Whip out the Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat with Basin Recreation! Celebrate the Spirits is a family-favorite event perfect for all ages. Drop-in any time during the event and enjoy festive activities, costume contests, and of course trick-or-treating along the way. Start your Halloween festivities off right and register now to ensure your spot!

Event will be held outside rain, snow, or shine!

Costume Contest Sign-Ups and Times:

Best Individual Costume – 11:45am
Best Family Costume – 12pm
Best Dog Costume – 12:15pm
