Class Schedule

The floor in Studio A is getting a facelift! We are resurfacing the floor October 15-21. All classes that are held in Studio A will be CANCELLED during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

As the weather cools down, we see increased attendance at our indoor classes. As our fitness studios must observe maximum occupancies, please plan to arrive a few minutes early for classes. Studio A is capped at 38 occupants, Studio B at 25 occupants, and Studio C at 22 occupants.
