REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
Fitness class capacity is now limited. Participants must pre-register. Patrons with a fitness membership can register for classes free of charge below. Patrons using a fitness punch pass or purchasing a daily drop-in fitness pass must contact The Fieldhouse front desk to reserve their spots.
A face covering/face shield must be worn when entering The Fieldhouse, when in all common areas such as locker rooms, hallways, lobby areas, stretching areas, and on the track. Once you have arrived to your fitness class and are in your socially distanced space, you may remove your face covering/face shield. Of course, you are welcomed to wear your face covering/face shield during class if that makes you more comfortable. Fitness instructors will continue to wear their face coverings/face shields when teaching both indoor and outdoor classes for your safety and theirs.
Fitness classes must observe maximum occupancies.
Studio A is capped at 10, Studio B at 6, Studio C at 8, Pool at 12, Indoor Field at 35, FH Basketball Court at 25, Willow Creek Park at 35, and Matt Knoop Park at 35.

Heated Sun Rise Yoga+
No better way to start the day! Rise with beautiful views while doing a Vinyasa 1-2 flow yoga class in 90-degree heat. This class promises to get your day started off right.
HIGH Fitness is a hardcore fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love and easy to follow sequences. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.
The ultimate strength and conditioning interval class, HIIT keeps your body guessing with a different format and focus every day, including: kettlebells, circuits, TRX, Tabatas, medicine balls and dumbbells.

Small Group Training (SGT)+
Small Group Training (limited to 10) is designed to give you a total body burn-out with a personalized coach experience! $12 drop-in, $100 for a ten-punch pass, or $4 with a fitness pass.
Strength & Conditioning+
This class is designed for maximum calorie burning! At 50 minutes long, the class is efficient with a warm-up, circuit workout, and stretching.
Strength training is essential to a balanced fitness routine. This class combines strength training with cardio and core work. Bring the kids to play while you get stronger in a supportive group setting!
Stretch & Core+
This challenging workout focuses on strengthening the core, especially the large muscles in the front of the abdomen and the lower back. The majority of this workout is done on your mat.
Work with your own body weight! Suspension training exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. You control the challenge with your body position!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga+
Creative Flow incorporates a blend of yoga styles and music to inspire and guide students to find a deeper sense of self through the integration of body, breath, and mind.
