Aquatics

Basin Recreation is excited to add aquatics to our repertoire of recreational activities. In 2017, we added a four-lane, 25-yard outdoor lap swimming pool and hot tub to our Fieldhouse facility. Lap swimming is a terrific way to stay fit without putting unnecessary strain on your joints. The heated pool is available year-round, not only for lap swimming, but also for Masters Swimming work-outs, fitness classes, and both group and private swim lessons. And don’t forget the hot tub is also open year-round during facility hours for anyone over the age of 6 (those under the age of 14 may not use the pool or hot tub unless participating in swimming lessons or lap swimming under the supervision of an adult). We hope you will come out to enjoy these terrific amenities.

The hot tub will close 30 minutes prior to the facility closing.

NEW Fieldhouse Open Swim – Saturdays from 2pm-4pm

We’re reeling in some lap lanes and opening The Fieldhouse pool for limited hours of Open Swim time! During Open Swim, all ages are invited to cool off and play in The Fieldhouse pool. Open Swim is held Saturdays from 2pm-4pm from May 4 through August 31. Two lap lanes will continue to be available for lap swimming during this time.

All patrons must have a Fieldhouse membership or purchase a drop-in pass. Ages 13 and younger receive a special rate of $5 during Open Swim time! Please note that a waiver may be required upon entering the facility.

Ages 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must be in the pool with children ages 9 and under. Coast Guard approved flotation devices are allowed, however they are not provided.
